Our body is nourished directly by the stimuation of the sunlight or nourished directly by eating food, drinking fluids or breathing air that has been vitalized by the sun's light energy. Ancient civilization appearently know about cosmaic energy and light and its rout into our body and its affect. Thus they become healthy and wise. Most of us spend our lifetime chasing mental images rather than observing the realities of life. Most of us spend our working indoors, eliminating sunlight from routine, it is important to find this indoor environment in relation to our health and productivity in general. Vastu suggest all remedial measures hou to overcome this and how can be diverted from outside of our building.

Sunlight is holistic approach for development of physiological, emotional and spiritual bodies. Sunlight, our source of light, warmth and enery, not only sustains all life on earth, but is sustains the earth itself. It provides plants with the energy of photosynthesis, which in turn sustains life on earth. There are so many exposure to sunlight such as Producing vitamin D in the body, Normal growth and development of bones, Balance of blood pressure, Decrease:-of blood suger, resting heart rate, respiratory rate and Lactic Acid in blood,and Increase in resistance to Arthritis. All these kept in view and elements of vastu which are considered at the time of purchase of plot and desigining of building. Building I am talking here means all type of building e.i. Home, Appartments, Hotels, Factories, Schools, Show Rooms, Hospitals, Laboratories and any type structure we are going to consruct.

Sunlight and fresh air is the basic element from which all life originates, develop, heals and evolves. Sunlight is composed of a variety of energies that are transmitting to earth in the form of electromagnetic waves. Only a small portion of these waves reach the earth's surface approximately 1% of the total electromagnetic spectrum is perceived by our eyes, which contains all the colors of the rainbow from violet to red which is most imporant to human life, our lives, health and well being are truly dependent on the sun. In Vastu main source of energies comes through Agni called Sun.

Vastu distinguish between Positive & Negative Energies-Outer Energy

We can get outer energies from our surroundings and environment in which we are living and working. Positive energy is basically depends upon solar rays and maximum during day time and negative energy flow during night when when solar radiations are not available, for example animals, birds etc. strat their job right from sun ise in any country and go to their nests at sunset. They are healthy and not required any medical aid in routine.
Outer energies can be generated by two ways i.e. gifted by nature and man made energies or from electromagnetic field. These rays, waves and radiations created good and bad viberation on human mind, body, cells, and heart function and produce positive or negative energies which affects our daily life and surrounding environment. Vastu distinguish between Positive & Negative Energies-Inner Energy

In general we talk about positive and negative energies, but what are these energies? Whether these are generated within ourselves, from the human body or from the atmosphare or from the nature? Most of the human being does not know about this, How it is generated, its flow, its consumption and bad or good affect on us. As per my findings I explain it in my present and future posts. You will see shortly.
As we know humna body generates energy and produce current and voltage to keep the body active and healthy, and after working for whole day major portion of energy exhausted and to regain the energy, body needs food and rest, that is why a hard worker take sound sleep and some politicians, rich men, business class and som other people could not take sound sleep due to less or exces consumption of human energy. Human energy can be generated by taking good quality of home made food, balanced diet and seasonal fruit etc. To digest and creat more energy Yoga plays a vital role.

Science behind the Vastu

Science behind the Vastu postulates can not be readily deciphered because the original test itself is not available in India and this situation is being exploited by many. I have tried my best to collect the facts and made an honest attempt to present my findings on the science behind the basic postulates of Vastu Shastra which have been covered in my book "SARAL VASTU" Ist edition 2006 in a simple and lay man's language. In net shell one can say " Vstu Shastra is an ancient art and science, containing principles and practices of designing and constructing of buildings which ensure harmonious balance between Man, Material, and Nature. Happiness & Health-comes through Vastu

Happiness and health are not gained by chance or luck, these can be chosen. We are suffering because we have drifted away from nature. Historical facts and authentic stories enlighten on the Vastu issues having relation to life.
This earth in the only planet which is having life due to existance of five elements as mentioned in my previous post. So we take a healthy birth with the balance of these five elemens and grow with the aid of our five senses and develop our knowledge within Akash with cosmic energy and patal with Geo-energy. It is the effect and harmony of the geo and cosmic energies which bring in mental and spiritual well-being of the human and keep the body, mind and our soul healthy.

Tips- Increase of wealth as per Vastu

As per vastu every thing can modify as per requirement. If one feel inscure due to less wealth, he can increase it by adopting vastu tips. One who want to increase his wealth, must check and mark the Kuber Sathan in the north direction of plot or building as per Vastu rules with the help of 81 pad Vastu Mandala. It will come exactly in the middle of North direction, and put your income, jewellaries etc. in this direction by fixing locker or Almirah under lock and key or as per your wish. You will find sudden change after 40 days of such work as you want. Please note that luck always plays a positive or negative roles as per your Karma, this will not be forced by Vastu rules.

Vastu is a scientifically proved shashtra

As per vastu shashtra, the shape of building-the proportion of length, bredth, and height, the entrance and the open space of the building- play a very important role in life. While designing any building, vastu suggest us balancing of the five elements i.e. Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Space as already explained in my previous post.
The orientation of the building or plot towards the direction or level of the existing ground, burial or cremation places, hills or slops, highways, stationary or running water, river, ponds, streams, wells, temple, church, masjid, gurudwara, garbage dumps, high voltage wires etc. influence the vastu of that site with either positive or negative energy.
In human beings there are 3 main protections exists i.e. nature (our skin) since our birth, customs & religion and most important is shelter which protect us from the worst and extreme form of nature. Principles of Vastu applicable universally and have relation to motions and movement of different planets in the space. Thus Vastu science is complete science of construction which can bring peace, happiness and hormonious and flow of positive energy in the world, by this one can enjoy full life on the earth with delux comfort, peace, rightful living, fulfilment of desires and liberation from diseases.

Flow of +energy-II--VASTU

Positive energy plays a vital role in human life and negative energy destroyed the settled long denisty of any nation, and is the main reasons for downfall of any nation.Negative energy and negative thoughts impress the human being for a while,and not forever. A negative thinker can destroy the nation even for a single penny, we had heard & can see the examples of many nations for such acts plays by their people in history.
In Vastu Shashtra Great Saint and Architect Vishwakarma says, if we construct the house as per Vastu rules, flow of positive energy automatically increase. In a survey it has been found that when we go near to any religious places i.e. Church, Temple, Gurudwara, Masjid or merry' statues we feel relax and peace, why this? This is because of flow of +energy near these places.
In hindu mythology, there is a maximum positive energy in the sign (LOGO) of Swastik and OM, near these signs + energy is near to 125000 bois, if it is written with Roli (soft red color powder), and 60000 to 70000 bois near to any holistic building i.e. Church, Temple, Gurudwara, Masjid, prayer places etc.of any religion in any nation. This is the main cause that in Vastu we recommend the sign of Sawstik or OM in front of one's house in India and different believable religious signs in different countries.

Flow of +energy and utilization as per vastu

In my previous post I have written about selection of plot with reference to gain/loss formula.Vastu Shashtra is a "science of construction" reltes to architecture wing of civil engineering line. It is spiritual, scientific design system. Vishaw Karma has given a lot to our society. If we construct the house, factory, hospital, hotel or other building as per vastu rules keeping Brahm Sthan Open it will increase abundance, prosperity, harmony, protection, health and wealth, and create positive energy.

Vastu recognise five element of creation i.e. Earth, Air, Fire, Water and Space (Akash) and as advised in my previous post after selection of suitable plot the work of construction start, after Bhumi poojan during the astrologically good days, we can start the construction with the blessing of Vastu Purush, and as for as possible construction work should be started as per Char/Nitya Vastu, by this we can save our construction cost as well as will be helpful in early completion of work.

Foundation of our Dream Home

Building of our Dream Home starts with selection of land on which we lay the foundation of our dreams. So it is very important for us to select the plot very carefully. Before selection of any plot it must be ensured that plot must be square or rectangular. Multi-corner or triangular plots are not recommended for a building, as far as possible select the plot where your dream home will be east or north facing.

Size of the plot must be selected with Loss Gain formula as under:

Measurement formula:-

1 finger = 3/4"

12 finger = one vitasati

2 Vitsati= 1 hasta

4 hasta = 1 danda

Suppose one person has selected the plot of with length of 10 danda and breadth of 10 danda thus he selected the plot of 100 sq. danda divided this figure by 8, and see the remainder,there will be remainder of 1,2,3,4,5,6,7 or 0, if remainder comes in odd then plot will be beneficial for you and if remainder comes in even sum that plot will be expensive such plot should be generally avoided.
